Affordability assessments

If you have been asked to complete an income and expenditure statement so that we can assess the affordability of your current accommodation, please use this form.

To ensure your details are accurate, use your bank statements and bills to verify the amounts you are including. 

Please return the form with proof of income, including any benefits you may receive and the last 3 months bank statements for all accounts you hold. (This includes statements of joint applicants if applicable.)

Documents can be returned to housing@basingstoke.gov.uk or Housing Services, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG21 4AH.
